Dennis Fahey present futures trading basics course.
Today, at the North American Conference or MSR Workshop & Component Manufacturer Executive Leadership Summt, Dennis Fahey from North Star Forest Products (a division of Weekes Forest Products), presented instructional basics on Futures Lumber Trading. Speaking to manufacturers and distributors from across North America, Dennis detailed the many variables that go into the decisions on taking a position on the highly technical and fast moving part of our industry. Dennis explains, “I tried to keep my talk grounded in the basics, in order to try to take some of the mystery out of the subject. It’s hard to explain to others what you yourself have learned over decades of experience.” “Lots of discussion and questions ensured, proving the level of interest in this level of trading.”
